Are you a manufacture or trading company ?

We were a manufacture since year 2009, and we have got permit of import and export and has three production workshop.

Where is the factory? How can I visit ?

Our own factory and office is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Our city has the airport & High-speed train station, you can transfer by air or by train.

Do you provide free sample ?

If the samples quantiy is not so many, our sample lead time will be 5-7 work days. the common samples will be free. but if you ask some special samples need our factory purchase some expensive material, then we will ask the sample fee for you. but all the samples customer should pay the express fee.

Could I use my own Brand or design ?

Yes, customized LOGO and design on mass production are available.

What's your quality control policy ?

We make samples for customers to approve first, and when in production our chief artist will supervise each step of processing, and at last, QC will have a random inspection for 80% of the whole goods.

What’s your production time ?

It depends on the order quantity, usually our production lead time is 20-40 days.

What's your payment term ?

We can accept Paypal, TT, and L/C Payment term, please confirm everything clearly before you make the payment.

What's your MOQ ?

40 pieces for each design, sure you can have some discount for the order if full container loading.

Do you have more designs ?

Yes, we have thousands of designs, please contact us directly for the e-catalogue.

Do you accept OEM work ?

Yes. You can make some change from our original design or provide us your own idea.
